    Boat Rental Policies

    • To book your trip, a $150 USD deposit is required. This amount is not refundable, except in the event that the boat has a mechanical failure and it is not possible to reschedule the trip.
    • If the boat cannot sail on the day of your booking due to adverse weather conditions, your trip will be rescheduled for the first available quota or a date convenient for participants.
    • Trips may be rescheduled with a minimum of 5 business days notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and ensure the best experience for all of our customers.
    • By state regulations, all children under 10 years of age must wear their life jacket during the entire trip. This is mandatory to ensure your safety at all times.
    • Moderate drinking is permitted during the trip. However, if any passenger becomes intoxicated or endangers the safety of others, the journey will be terminated immediately without right to reimbursement.

    The bait is included depending on the type of fishing you want to do:

    • Striped Bass y Blue Fish: Does not include bait.
    • Porgy y Dobey: Includes bait such as clam and shrimp.
    • Sea Bass y Flounder: Includes squid.
    • Black Fish: Includes green crab.
